Soil Series: Tasting wines grown in Sedimentary soil

Friday, January 22nd at 6pm live on Instagram & Facebook

Each Friday in January we will be pouring wines grown in different soils; a soil sampling month. We will be exploring four soils: Metamorphic, Alluvial, Sedimentary, and Igneous. This week we will be pouring wines grown in Sedimentary soil which are rock soils made from solidified materials or organic deposits. This soil will produce bright, balanced, mineral driven wines. Join us every Friday night to taste the difference that each soil has to offer.

We will be pouring:
Tormaresca Chardonnay, Italy $12.99
Albert Bichot Bourgogne Pinot Noir, France $23.99
Complices de Loire Bourgeil les castines Cabernet Franc, France $19.99
